Our family vacation at Plaza Hotel was a delightful experience. Upon arrival, we faced a small issue with our room; however, the staff quickly rectified it, upgrading us to a family room at no extra cost. This thoughtful gesture made us feel welcomed right away. The room, though compact, had all the essentials, including a clean bathroom and tea-making facilities. Its prime location allowed us to explore nearby attractions like the O^2 Shepherds Bush Empire and enjoy family-friendly dining options around Hammersmith. The staff made our stay more enjoyable-offering us a late checkout since we planned to attend a concert that night. It was relaxing not to rush after a fun evening. Plaza Hotel provided a family-friendly atmosphere, making it a worthwhile option for anyone visiting London. We'd gladly stay here again.
